Work to be done for initial preparation fee includes (where appropriate) written request to secure and preserve video footage and/or ongoing advice before first hearing and/ or arranging representative at police station and/ or booking lawyer for first hearing and/ or writing to the DVLA for re-instatement of your license and/ or other case preparation. Payment of the £165 deposit will count towards the preparation fee.
